Yes! I ran 4k on Sunday and today! :D
And today after training, supposed to Bean with soccer girls! Hahaha at WESTMALL. But we were too late. Haha, then no 8plus slots. Gosh. Westmall. Haha #$#*(%#*m away from my house. Lol, but still its the crazy bunch of tired people eating KFC after training!! Arh! Defeats the purpose of all trainings. Haha opps! Bench it!
